Merch is made to order via Printful (direct-to-garment printing on Bella+Canvas 3001). We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse — nothing exists in a warehouse for us to restock, and Printful doesn't accept made-to-order returns. However:
Send a photo of the issue (with the shipping label if applicable) to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at our cost. No return of the defective item is required — keep it, gift it, cut it up.
Printful begins production within ~30 minutes of order confirmation. If you email us within 30 minutes of your confirmation and the order status is still draft or pending, we can cancel and full-refund. After that, the print has started and the policy above applies.
The Bitcoin Edition combines a physical numbered book (made to order, same rules as merch above) with a sats claim code.
Same policy as merch: replacement for defect/damage/wrong-item within 30 days. No returns for buyer's remorse.
Once your edition (#N of 21,000) is minted in the PoMM ledger, that block cannot be deleted (it's cryptographically linked to the next block). If we refund, we mark the block as voided — the block remains public but shows as canceled. You forfeit the numbered edition on refund.

Email supportIf you dispute a legitimate charge without contacting us first, we will submit evidence (Stripe receipt, delivery tracking, PoMM ledger block hash, refund correspondence) to the card network. Please give us the chance to fix it before opening a chargeback — we'd rather refund you than lose the dispute fee.
Suspected fraudulent orders are voided before print. If your order is voided for suspected fraud, contact support and we'll re-verify.
10% of net proceeds from every purchase are booked to a reserve for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. When a refund happens in the same monthly reporting cycle as the sale, we un-book the reserve. When a refund happens in a later cycle (after we've remitted to St. Jude), we still refund you in full — we do not claw back donations to sick children.
We may update this policy for future orders. Your purchase is governed by the version live on the day you ordered. Historical versions live in our public git repo.
